At Chefadelic, we work hard to get our seasoning blends from our psychedelic kitchen to your doorstep as quickly and affordably as possible. Here’s what you can expect when ordering with us:

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

  • All orders ship free!

  • We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and the size of your order.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships.

 

 

Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and vibing with Chefadelic, reach out — we’d love to hear from you.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us via the contact form here.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to vibe with every sprinkle. If you’re not feeling the magic with your Chefadelic order, we’re here to help.

All Sales Are Final — But We’re Fair

 

Because we sell consumable food products, we do not accept returns for safety and quality reasons.

 

That said, your experience matters — and if something arrives damaged, defective, or just not right, please reach out within 2 days of delivery.

If your item was:

 

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect or incomplete

  • Missing entirely

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
